"Hello,

How are you?

We all are fine! Don't let my gentle expression fool you - most of the time Pirjo does not know what to do with me when I'm running around the house being a VERY lively little dog ;-)

Will grumbles at me every now and then - much less than in the beginning, though - especially when I'm running right at him at full speed or try to catch his wagging tail. My tail also keeps wagging all the time and Pirjo says I could sometimes be a little bit more afraid of new things coming my way.

The food is good and I eat well but sometimes I miss my brother Veikka who used to play with me. But now I have two vaccinations and after a few weeks I will get the rabies vaccination and then I can go and play with Sirpa's little scottie or with Elena's pugs. Also somebody at Pirjo's work has a cocker dog puppy who is two days older than me, I will go and play with him also one day.

Oh, I must tell you that I have already seen snow - it was all white and tasted good. I don't understand why Pirjo did not let me eat it or all the stones and sticks and leaves that I can find outside, stupid isn't it?

"Hello,

I have finally managed to update my website with news of Katie. I'm in the process of renewing my website but as that takes longer than expected, I decided to update my old pages (http://uk.geocities.com/walkingshadows/).

Here are also two new photos of Katie - we have now a real winter in Finland. She loves the snow and keeps jumping and running all over in there.

She's grown a bit (as you can see from the first photo), and she already has changed some teeth, the two in the middle of the lower jaw. Sirpa, Helena and Elena are coming for the "christening" party on December 6th, we'll try to take some standing photos of her then.

"Hello,

How are you? We are still waiting for snow here - we had some for a couple of days but now it's again dark and gloomy. Katie is growing and eats well. I took her for the rabies vaccination on Tuesday and her weight was 8.05 kilos! She has changed almost all of her teeth and so far so good. Now she is sleeping as she had a very tiring evening yesterday...

You see, yesterday evening we - Sirpa, Elena, Helena and I - had a party for Katie. Toasting (real!) champagne, eating well and having fun. Katie was enjoying all the attention and the toys she received, but luckily also Willys got biscuits and toys.

"Hello,

Sorry, I have been quite busy. I had a two-day ring steward course to give last weekend and last week went in preparing for it. I also was two days in training in Helsinki.

Here is one photo of Katie, taken after her first proper trimming a week before the Imatra show. On Sunday we are going to a match show, just to practise, and the following Saturday is the Lappeenranta show. After that she can stay at home for quite some time ;-)
